What the badges do and do not mean.
They count how many independent rifles have reported the same powder at the same
charge. Two uploads from one rifle on one day count once, however they arrived — a photo
of the card and a spreadsheet made from it are the same measurement twice, not agreement.
More reports mean the number has been seen more often. That is all. It is not a safety rating, and a HARDENED load is not a safe load — four rifles agreeing on a velocity says nothing about pressure in yours. Nothing here is pressure tested. Work up from well below any charge shown.
